Bobby Mannepalli is an Associate with SSG Capital Advisors. Bobby is responsible for financial modeling, conducting due diligence, preparing transaction materials and facilitating communications with potential buyers, sellers and investors through all stages of deal execution. He works closely with SSG senior bankers advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and private placement transactions. Prior to joining SSG as an analyst, he worked as an internal audit and financial reporting analyst in the corporate office of Linens 'n Things.

Past client engagements include publicly traded and privately held companies in technology, retail, pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing.

Bobby is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.
