Luis A. Pillich is a Vice President of SSG Capital Advisors. Luis is an accomplished restructuring professional with experience advising debtors, creditors and lenders in special situations and bankruptcy proceedings. He has completed over 40 investment banking transactions for middle market companies including mergers and acquisitions, complex valuations, financial restructurings and private placements of senior debt, second lien debt, subordinated debt and equity. Prior to joining SSG, he worked as an investment banking analyst with the restructure and recovery group at Chase Securities and an investment banker representing debtors and creditor committees at Chanin Capital Partners. He also served as a Vice President with National City Investment Banking.

Past client engagements include publicly traded and privately held companies in retail, distribution, media and telecommunications.

Luis is fluent in Spanish. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.
