Terry Kohler is a Vice President of SSG Capital Advisors. Terry is responsible for buyer and investor relations, strategic advisory and managing the overall deal process for special situations including bankruptcy proceedings. He has completed over 40 sale, refinancing and restructuring assignments for middle market companies involving mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, financial restructurings and private placements of both senior and subordinated debt and equity. Prior to joining SSG, he worked in operations for the Consumer Group of Companies at Johnson & Johnson and as an investment banking analyst in the Special Situations Group at Berwind Financial.

Past client engagements include publicly traded and privately held companies in agriculture, retail, manufacturing and energy/natural resources.

Terry is a Certified Management Accountant. He is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Turnaround Management Association.
