Luis Pillich is a Vice President at SSG Capital Advisors, LLC. He brings several years of experience providing financial solutions to companies in transition, which include successful transactions representing debtors, creditor groups and lenders. He provides investment banking services such as M&A advisory for companies both in and out of bankruptcy, restructurings, and the private placement of senior debt, second lien debt, subordinated debt and equity.

Mr. Pillich started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Chase Securities working in their Restructure and Recovery Group. Following Chase Securities, he continued to work as an investment banker representing debtors and creditor committees at Chanin Capital Partners. Most recently, he was a Vice President with National City's Investment Banking Division which acquired SSG Capital Advisors, L.P. in 2006. His transactional experience covers a broad range of industry areas, including pharmaceutical, metals, media and telecommunications, retail and building products.

Mr. Pillich is fluent in Spanish.
