SSG and its co-advisor, Ewing Bemiss & Company, were engaged to test the market and sell The Peer Group to provide the owner with the liquidity a healthy company can obtain in today's marketplace.

After attracting several offers with significant valuations, a newly-formed investment platform, Informed Medical Communications, Inc., formed by Ferrer, Freeman & Company and Frazier Healthcare Ventures, was chosen as the buyer and the stock sale closed in January, 2005
