Teresa C. Kohl Named the Distressed M&A Dealmaker of the Year
Teresa C. Kohl has been named the Distressed M&A Dealmaker of the Year by The M&A Advisor organization. The award will be presented on March 28th during The M&A Advisor’s 13th Annual Turnaround Awards ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida.
Separately, SSG will receive the Distressed M&A Deal of the Year ($10MM to $25MM) Award for its role in the sale of North Philadelphia Health System and the Chapter 11 Reorganization for the Year (Over $25MM to $50MM) Award for its role in the restructuring and sale of Peekay Boutiques, Inc.
The award winners represent the best of the distressed investing and reorganization industry in 2018.
