SSG Capital Advisors, LLC

2018 Year in Review

2018 was an extraordinarily busy year as we closed 20 special situation transactions across a broad range of industries and verticals including oilfield services, food and beverage, life sciences, distribution, retail, manufacturing, technology, healthcare and business services. Our creative solutions included capital raises, M&A advisory and restructuring engagements as we turned complex situations into positive transactions that maximized value for all stakeholders, saved jobs, positioned companies for success, and created the best outcomes possible for our clients. No matter the challenges faced, our professionals’ tenacity was the key to getting tough deals done. Many deals were a collective effort, and we were pleased to partner with a variety of other firms and professionals to find pathways to success for companies at a crossroads. As we launch into 2019, we look forward to working with them and our global network of resources.

We appreciated opportunities to support the industry through restructuring organizations and to give back to the community. In addition, 2018 saw both the firm and our professionals recognized for outstanding performances. We’d like to share some additional highlights of the year with you below.
