Situation
The CEO of Packard, who was a minority shareholder, had the opportunity to acquire Packard, while at the same time refinancing an undercapitalized business.
Solution
SSG privately placed a senior debt credit facility which allowed the company to consolidate it’s debt with one lender, provide liquidity to the company to support expansion, as well as, provide a capital expenditure line of credit to fund infrastructure expansion plans.
