Aleph Management Systems and its affiliated companies utilizes a fleet of over 700 vehicles to provide specialty transportation services, primarily in the para-transit, airport shuttle and taxi cab industries to various municipalities throughout the country.
Situation
At the time of SSG’s retention, Aleph Management Systems, Inc. and its affiliates were operating with nine separate legal entities and unable to properly access the capital markets to fund their working capital and capital expenditure requirements, were forced to idle their acquisition program.
Solution
SSG advised Aleph on how to effectively merge nine related entities into Aleph which allowed SSG to deliver a $35 million senior debt credit facility, including a substantial cash flow component allowing the company to fund internal growth and jump-start its acquisition program.
