Wm. G. Roe & Sons, Inc.
Wm. G. Roe & Sons, Inc. (“Roe” or the “Company”), the largest packer of fresh tangerines in Florida, was an undercapitalized middle market company.
Roe emerged from Chapter 11 in 1997, and had added a new flash-pasteurized tangerine juice product which required more aggressive financing. The Company was unable to properly support its’ new product line from a working capital standpoint.
SSG arranged a creative senior revolving line of credit which included advances on ‘crop-on-tree’ inventory.
