2021 presented business uncertainties across the spectrum, and our focus on middle market companies facing special situations proved beneficial. In collaboration with our partners, our team of industry leaders delivered strategic alternatives, creative solutions, and a depth of knowledge that maximized value, achieved results, and provided certainty to stakeholders. We have posted our 2021 Year in Review Report to share some of the year’s highlights, including 14 transactions across a range of industries. 2021 also saw two promotions reflective of the individuals’ expertise and two new hires as demand for our services continued to grow. Both the firm and many individuals were deeply involved in restructuring community causes as well as charitable efforts.
