2019 Half-Year in Review and Outlook for Middle-Market Restructuring
The first half of 2019 proved to be particularly busy at SSG as we closed 13 special situation transactions across multiple industries. We delivered custom solutions for clients, turning complex situations into positive results that maximized value for all shareholders. In addition, we preserved jobs, connected challenged companies with new investors and lenders, and helped middle-market businesses survive. Many deals were a collective effort and we were pleased to partner with a variety of other firms and professionals to complete transactions and assist our clients.
