Teresa C. Kohl is the Director of Business Development for SSG Capital Advisors. Teresa is a knowledgeable restructuring professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in crisis management and turnaround advisory. She has completed over 75 restructuring matters including refinancing and sale transactions for middle market companies in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Prior to her transition to investment banking, she led financial and operational restructuring engagements at Bridge Associates, LLC and NHB Advisors, Inc..

Past clients include publicly traded, privately held, private equity sponsored and family owned companies in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, building products and financial services. Teresa has conducted numerous presentations on financial and operational restructuring issues and serves as a speaker on restructuring topics for industry and trade groups.

Teresa is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She is active in the Turnaround Management Association having served on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia chapter and as a Director and Vice President of Programming for the New York City chapter. Teresa serves as a firm representative on the Lincoln Center Business Council.
